Lab Solar provides dedicated crews for mechanical punch-list completion, corrective work, and component replacement on commercial and utility-scale solar sites.
The work covers what is physically installed in the field: racking and tracker corrections, torque and hardware items, post and foundation remediation, module and clamp replacement, fence and gate repairs, and mechanical adjustments identified during QA walks or owner and independent-engineer inspections. Items are tracked against the project's punch list so the project team can see what is closed and what remains.
After turnover, the same capability supports operating sites. Trackers take damage from weather and equipment, hardware backs out, components fail, and modules get broken. Lab Solar can mobilize crews for mechanical repairs, warranty-related corrective work, storm damage response, and recurring mechanical field maintenance on the structural and mechanical side of the facility.
