This scope is often what allows an EPC or general contractor's installation crews to stay in the array. Instead of pulling installers out to unload trucks, chase hardware, or reposition pallets, the material-handling crew handles receiving, staging, distribution, and cleanup as its own coordinated scope with its own equipment.
Lab Solar can support laydown yard organization, truck unloading and turnaround, distribution of steel and racking to rows and blocks, module pallet movement, telehandler and forklift support, access maintenance, work-area cleanup, and mobilization and demobilization activities. The work is coordinated with the project's delivery schedule and installation sequence so material is placed where the next crew actually needs it.
